Thank you for requesting password for SMI Software. We need a few information in order to identify SMI customers. 

If you have an old SMI RED (iViewX), please do not try to re-install the software, upgrade the OS or change computer. Keep the same setup as long as possible as iViewX license is embedded in the computer/laptop and cannot be transferred or re-generated

Experiment center and BeGaze can be re-installed on any windows 10 computer/laptop
